6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

If there is an issue with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds are issued after we review your case.

Our sauces contain a mix of natural ingredients including peppers, spices, oil, and vinegar.
