GoWitDeFlo Refund & Returns Policy

At GoWitDeFlo, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in producing high-quality gourmet sauces, and we want every order to arrive fresh, safe, and exactly as expected. Because our products are perishable food items, this policy outlines when refunds or replacements can be issued.
1. Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products, whether they are opened or unopened.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right through a refund or replacement (details below).
2. Refunds & Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:
a) Your order arrived damaged
If a jar is broken, leaking, or compromised upon arrival, please email us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
b) You received the wrong product
If we made a mistake with your order, we will immediately resend the correct item or issue a refund.
c) Your product is faulty
In the unlikely event there is an issue with product quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request a photo or explanation to help us investigate.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- You simply changed your mind
- The product was stored incorrectly after delivery
- You provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- You report an issue after the timeframes stated above
4. Shipping Issues
If your parcel is delayed due to the courier, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by you, we cannot offer refunds. However, we will assist where possible.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
